lldb plugin(nvim-dap)の設定をいじる。argsにfunctionで毎回`.nvim/debug.lua`のテーブルから読めるようにする。

プロジェクトディレクトリに`.nvim/debug.lua`を置く。

```

これで`cargo run -- next seq`と同等の処理になる。
